Course Title: | Facebook: Meet your students where they are (Beginner) |
Description: | Join us as we discover Facebook, a social networking site, and it's implication in higher education. While student profiles are ubiquitous on Facebook, more and more faculty are joining the popular site. During this hands-on workshop we will create a Facebook account, explore ways to push content and announcements to your students, discuss how to create a Fan page for your course, and review the new Sync feature in Blackboard that synchronizes Facebook with your Blackboard course and allows you to send announcements to students. |
